Our product HSJ Intelligence provides detailed organisational profiles on NHS providers and commissioners. The data consists of finance performance and workforce data of NHS providers and commissioners which includes relevant information on senior leadership within those NHS organisations.
We may already be in contact with you and your organisation or may do so in the future. We’d like you to be confident in the manner that we conduct our business and handle any personal data in the conduct of our business.

Where do we get your personal information from?
The personal data that we hold originates from publicly accessible sources such as the NHS England website, CQC website or on the respective organisation’s website. If the data cannot be found on these websites, HSJ Intelligence will make contact via email to the communications department or a phone call. This data is available in the public domain.
Your data is obtained by our partnership research organisation who help us ensure the data that is collected is accurate and up to date. Our partner is based outside the EU and we have the appropriate contractual arrangements in place to ensure data security.
What personal information do we hold?
We collect information on your leadership team which includes: Full Name, Job Title, LinkedIn and Twitter profile and telephone number of the organisation which is made available on the NHS websites and social media websites.
How your personal information is used?
We collect this information to help suppliers understand the fundamental priorities and challenges that the NHS faces. It is aimed at helping your organisation improve efficiency gains and productivity by helping build long term partnerships with suppliers. The contacts listed could benefit from information exchange in their professional capacity. We will contact you by telephone or email as is necessary.
How long do we keep your personal information for?
We will keep this information for the duration of your organisation’s existence and will audit the data every quarter to ensure it is kept-up-to date.
How do we keep your personal information safe and secure?
We take technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data.
